Frontier models can drive optimization, but every iteration sends sensitive circuit data to an external provider and incurs variable per-token cost. In semiconductors that is a structural blocker.

The deployment target is the complete optimize, simulate and evaluate loop inside the customer perimeter. The reported evaluation used a specialist-led system with frontier fallback when progress stalled; four of ten circuits completed without an external model call.
