Product capture · customer data · this website

Product capture

Capture is consent based, visible to every participant and pausable. Personally identifiable information is designed to be detected and hashed on-device before storage. Managers receive aggregate workflow patterns only. Individual performance scorecards are excluded from the product design.

Customer data

Raw captured data is processed inside the customer security boundary and discarded after the required processing step. Abstracted workflow structure is separated behind a no-instance-data boundary. Deployment-specific retention, legal basis, consultation and security controls are agreed before capture begins.
